MISSION
To provide the appropriate software and expert IT support for the automation of the transaction processes in all departments, offices, hospitals, special programs and projects of the Provincial Government of Palawan(PGP) and implement dynamic and reliable innovation for its sustainability, with the end view of providing prompt and quality public service to its stakeholders.
VISION
The PICTP shall be the center of excellence that utilizes modern technology on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to attain productive results and prompt delivery of public service. It shall spearhead the automation through in-house development of software applications for the transaction processes in all departments, offices, hospitals, special programs and projects in the Provincial Government. The program shall also adopt and improve national and regional ICT innovations and develop ground-up ICT solutions for use by the PGP and its component local government units towards the effective, efficient and economical delivery of public goods and services.
