INVITATION TO SUBMIT COMPARATIVE PROPOSALS FOR THE CORON LAGOONS WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The Palawan Private- Public Partnership (P4-SC) invites local and international companies to submit comparative proposals under a Swiss Challenge Process for the lease of an 8.8 hectares of land located in Coron, Palawan to be used for the commercial development. The estimated cost of all structures, including non-revenue structures such as roads, utilities, jetties, esplanade, etc. is PHP 7.65 billion.

The Swiss Challenge Process for the Project will be conducted in accordance with the Provincial Ordinance No. 3120, series of 202, “A Provincial Code Strengthening the Public-Private Partnership for the People (P4) Approach Towards Development, Providing for the Procedure for Selecting the Private Sector Proponent, Adopting A Contract Management Framework, and Providing Appropriations and for Other Purposes”, otherwise known as the “PPP Code of Palawan”.
